I noticed you left out Crucified. I despise thrash, but the lead singer went on to Stavesacre, one of my favorites. Anna Thema is a wildly popular song, and

This Love is my favorite song by Stavesacre.
As far as new bands, I am geeking out to Project 86 (seems like we 80’s metal fans are too busy supporting the baby boomer generation to keep up with good music!) lately too.
It is an edgier rock but still very passionate.
